Fees and Insurance

• Psychotherapy is an investment in emotional well-being, self-understanding, and meaningful change. My practice is designed to provide thoughtful, individualized, depth-oriented care within a confidential and supportive therapeutic environment

• Individual Psychotherapy
  $250 per 50-minute session

• Couples Therapy
  $300 per 50-minute session
  Insurance is not accepted for couples therapy services

• Psychoanalysis:
  Psychoanalysis (typically three or more sessions per week) is available at adjusted rates intended to support the continuity and depth of this work. Fees may be discussed during consultation

• Limited Sliding Scale
  A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available based on financial need and clinical considerations. Availability may be discussed during consultation

In-Network Insurance Plans:

• Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Highmark BlueShield of Northeastern New York, Oscar, Oxford, United Healthcare 

• You can verify your coverage and benefits through my Headway profile before reaching out.

• Out-of-Network Services:
  If you have out-of-network benefits, I will gladly provide a paid invoice (“superbill”) for possible reimbursement from your insurance company.

• Many individuals choose private pay or out-of-network services for increased privacy, flexibility, and continuity of care.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment is expected at the time of service.

Accepted forms of payment include:

• Cash
• Venmo
• Zelle
• Most major credit cards

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be charged the full session fee.
