I have been in the helping profession since 1987. My objective is to help people create positive changes in their lives. I provide a relaxed atmosphere, use modern clinical concepts, and work collaboratively with each individual, couple, or group. I encourage my clients to hone in on their strengths for their personal growth and transformation in order to bring in more love and satisfaction into their lives.

I am a Registered Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R). My master's degree in Social Work was earned at Fordham University, and my second master's degree (MPA - Master in Public Administration) was earned at Baruch College. I use both master's degrees interchangeably in working with each client. I am also certified in SIFI (Seminar in Field Instruction) to train, instruct, and mentor social worker students in graduate school. I also supervise Licensed Social Workers who are working on their Clinical Hours.
I am psychoanalytically trained at the National Institute for Psychoanalysis, The Group Psychotherapy Training Program of the Postgraduate Psychoanalytic Society & Institute, and a Certified Psychoanalyst - a Manhattan Institute for Psychoanalysis graduate.
Integrative and Wholesome Approach
I am also a Registered Drama Therapist (RDT), Certified Fitness Instructor, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and PAIRS-certified instructor (helping couples who are struggling with their relationships). With all that, we would work collaboratively using a wholesome approach. What this means is I integrate many of the well-known evidence-based practice modalities and theories, EMDR, as well as wellness and yoga principles (e.g., breathing, mindfulness, focus attention, awareness, etc.) within the framework of integrative social work and psychodynamic psychotherapy.

Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis are hard work, but it is the journey that is worth taking. With honest self-reflection, being mindfully engaged, and taking positive actions, you can live authentically, communicate more honestly, and achieve greater satisfaction in your personal and work relationships.

Phone sessions are done only after the initial face-to-face in-person or video session, then once every six months of face-to-face in-person or video session after that.
