About The Quiet Work of Becoming

The ideas shared here are drawn from the same reflections that shaped my book, The Quiet Work of Becoming: From Dream to Reality — a collection centered on growth, awareness, and the everyday process of becoming.

"I wrote this book one day at a time. Not perfectly. Not all figured out. Just honestly. It's not a how-to. It won't tell you how to fix yourself. It simply creates space — to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what you already know."

— Dr. Pio Cabada-Bleier, psychotherapist, writer, and someone who's still becoming.
