Writing for Health is a gentle, heart-centered online experience that blends music, guided reflection, and expressive writing to help you slow down, reconnect inward, and discover meaning within your own story.
During this 90-minute gathering, we will listen to a beautiful piece of music, engage with thoughtfully designed writing prompts, and (if you choose) share reflections within a supportive and respectful community.
No writing experience is necessary.
This is not about writing well.
It is about writing honestly.
Whether you are navigating a life transition, carrying grief, seeking greater clarity, or simply longing for a quiet space to reflect, you are warmly welcome.
