- Privacy is a very serious matter. Accordingly, I follow the guidelines of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) and the regulations governing PHI (Protected Health Information).

- In-Network insurance (please see my In-Network list)
- $200 for a 50-minute session for Out-of-Network and Private Pay
- Sliding scale available on a limited basis. We can discuss this during your consultation
- Psychoanalysis (three times a week) - affordable rates, specifically for this purpose, is available
- $300 per couple's session; sessions are 50 minutes. No insurance is accepted for this service
- The "R" privilege requires insurance carriers to provide reimbursement for psychotherapy services whenever a health insurance contract includes reimbursement of qualified psychologists and psychiatrists. I have an “R”; my license # is LCSW-R082055

- In-Network: AETNA, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, CIGNA,OPTUM/United Healthcare
Please know your co-insurance, co-pay, and deductible policy.
- Out-of-Network: For Out-of-Network, please verify your health insurance's Out-of-Network benefit and coverage.
- Private Pay: Private Pay is the best option for complete control and privacy of your sessions and treatment.
Payment is expected at the time of service. I will gladly provide you with a paid invoice receipt that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
